β’ Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
β’ To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us at zyanabyananya@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear images of the product.
β Eligible for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
β’ The product received is damaged
β’ The product received is defective
β’ An incorrect item was delivered
The product must be:
β’ Unused and unwashed
β’ In original condition
β’ With all tags and packaging intact
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, a replacement will be shipped.
