β€’ Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
β€’ To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us at zyanabyananya@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear images of the product.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

β€’ The product received is defective
β€’ An incorrect item was delivered

The product must be:

β€’ In original condition
β€’ With all tags and packaging intact

Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, a replacement will be shipped.
